Yummy! My husband loves carrot cake…the sugar bomb version. I bet he’d like these too and I could get him to have a healthy breakfast. I think these look delicious.

These look soooo delicious! We often have leftover carrots because we have pet rabbits. If I’m feeling generous, I might bake these and let the rabbits have the peelings.
