oh, thank goodness you said corn tortillas. I used another blogger's recipe for enchiladas that called for flour tortillas and it was a hot, gummy mess. I will try this.

Hi David S.- Thank you! Most of the photos on the site were taken with a Kodak P850 (believe it or not a souped up point and shoot.) I recently upgraded to a Nikon D90 and am still learning the ropes but love it!
