Photo of the Week – Our New Baby Girl!
Friday March 04th, 2011 in Photography
Introducing the newest member of the Phoo-d family: Baby Anna (pronounced Ah-na). Born on March 2, 2011, weighing 8 lbs 10 oz, she is 19 1/2 inches long.
We are thrilled that Anna is healthy, happy, and everything we hoped for in a little girl. I am doing well, recovering slowly from a long labor that ended with an unplanned c-section. Mr. B is quickly learning the ins and outs of diapering and is swaddling like a pro. Sleep is fleeting and we couldn’t be happier.

BAAAAABYYYY!!! Oh my goodness, that is a gorgeous child. I so wish I could hold her. Which might be a little weird, seeing as how I’ve never actually met you, but still. She looks SO SNUGGLY.
Congratulations to you and the whole family.

And now I’m going back — long labor & unplanned c-section are no fun (speaking from experience) but they’ll soon be a distant memory. Anna is lovely.

Oh honey! How did I miss this??? Huge congrats to you and what a gorgeous baby. I’m so happy for you and a beautiful name. I had the same labor experience the first time around, 18 hours, 3 hours of pushing, then c-section. It took me a long time to recover. Just be kind to yourself and don’t do too much. Wishing you lots of sleep. Kiss that sweet smelling baby head for me.
