		<description>Boy, you aren&#039;t kidding about the weather being fickle this time of year.  After a few warm sunny days, I planned a week&#039;s worth of menus that featured gazpaucho for dinner a couple nights.  And then it got cold.  And we actually woke up to snow the day I&#039;d planned on having it for dinner.  Oh, well.  Good thing I really like it.  The corn bread I served with it was warm...
We have to be flexible or at least just have a good sense of humor...</description>
